Meaningful Messes Ages 2-8yrs
Tuesdays 10:00-11:30, 5 weeks, $50, Drop in $12
Why make a mess-- on purpose?? It is important for kids (and adults) to do activities that emphasize the process, not the product. Making a mess, for fun, engages all our senses and encourages learning by doing. This class is a relationship builder for parent and child and opens the door to positive self image. Since making a mistake while making a mess is encouraged, kids can focus on having fun while learning and not have to worry about failure. These types of activities are known to decrease childhood anxiety while increasing self-esteem. Come make a mess with sensory-rich activities at Lily Pad Lab and leave the clean up to us!! Taught by Ms. Barb.
